Intuitive Reiki

personalized Reiki sessions include energetic clearing, upgrades, visualization, breathwork, meditation and other techniques to compliment the nature of your visit. Sessions may be deeply restful and nourishing or be more creative as the energy moves through you.

Along with Reiki energy, you will receive intuitive healing and guidance based on what your system communicates to me.

Messages often come through from spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, and your past and future self. Each session is uniquely catered to you on multiple layers, and can include a combination of energy clearing, balancing, upgrades and activations, deep nervous system restoration, soul retrieval, inner child connection, soul communication, intuitive development, and dream-work.

In person or long distance reiki sessions offered.

Yoga

I tune into your body and energy which informs the nature of your class, including style, sequencing and timing and pacing, mantra, mudra, chakra focus, and pranayama. I also provide Reiki healing during your sessions for added energetic support which greatly enhances, mental and physical wellbeing.

I have a gentle yet strong approach to the way I teach. I welcome your soul, body and mind. I facilitate meditative states and movement for your health, your healing and the pleasure of you feeling alive and at home in your body. I’ve been teaching for 20 years and I love it!
